About JH Reuse

JH Reuse is a website intended to connect those who need creative, reusable materials with those who have an excess supply. Rehoming reusable stuff keeps material out of the landfill, minimizes waste, and conserves resources. By reusing and extending the life of the materials in our possession, we lessen the need for more and break the cycle of waste generation. We are able to better see the value in what we have and make the most of it.

Bite-sized Sustainability

The need to conserve more, waste less, and sustain the health of our environment is proven. The difficulty is knowing what to do and where to start. This feeling of uncertainty is the idea that inspired JH ReUse. Making a connection for the reuse of simple materials offers a place to begin. It takes a large need and breaks off a small, bite-sized, manageable piece. We call this approach Bite-sized Sustainability. It is our hope that JH ReUse participants find convenient local reuse solutions through our website and that the success they experience here inspires them to break off and take on additional bite-sized pieces of the larger environmental need.
